CRM Advisor Support   

Contributing advice as to how to maintain Cosential, sharing best practices, understanding how you use the system and guide you through optimization via standing conference calls every month. Providing on-call support includes, but is not limited to, answering questions, guidance with reports and value lists or fields and any other necessary support on an as-needed basis.
Scope includes the following:

Hands-On Support   

Beyond providing advice as to how to implement or maintain Cosential, CKC will be completing the work in addition to guiding. If your internal team lacks the time and resources to implement or maintain the CRM system, we are able to be that support and do the heavy lifting for you.
Scope includes the items listed in the scope above in addition to the following:
  • Basic Data Clean-Up / Import
  • Hands-On Support
   

CRM Overall Firm Administrator (OFA)

The CKC Project Manager takes on the role of OFA and integrates into the firm becoming an extension of your staff. As an extended employee, your staff members all have direct access to the CKC Project Manager for all questions, requests and changes necessary for users to effectively use the system.
Scope includes the items listed in the scope above in addition to the following:
  • In-Depth Clean-Up and Import
  • CKC as the OFA
  • CKC does the bulk of the work
  • CKC is an extension of your staff
